CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Herizen Beauty Spa has a 100% cancellation fee for missed or late-canceled appointments. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, you must contact us directly at (817) 325-0675 to avoid being charged the full amount. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and charged in full.
