CANCELLATION POLICY
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Herizen Beauty Spa has a 100% cancellation fee. If you cannot attend the appointment, you may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. Should you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact Herizen Beauty Spa at (817) 325-0675 as soon as possible to reschedule/cancel without incurring a cancellation fee. Please plan to arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be automatically canceled in which case you will be charged the full amount.
